2006              Georgia  Catfish          Association G.C.A. RULES: 1) Safe boating conduct is required, and all state laws must be followed at all times.        2) All fish will be taken by rod and reel "ONLY" anyone caught taking fish, by any other means, will be disqualified, from the tournament and the G.C.A...... 3) NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, allowed while on the water..... 4) All boats must put in and take out at tournament location. 5)Each boat, must have no more than 2 members, fishing during a tournament. (unless it's Open Tournament ) 6)All fish must  be 15 inches to be weighed, each boat will weigh their best (5)fish. All fish  must be ALIVE, at the time they are weighed and be able to be returned to the water. Remember we want to preserve, not conquer and destroy. 7) Anyone suspect of cheating during tournament will be subject to a polygraph test. 8) All decisions by G.C.A. Officials will be final. 9) The sole purpose is to,preserve the habitat, and help        pass along the fun of fishing, to the (next generation.)
